My name is Lemon Phelps, and I currently serve as the President of the Holly Springs Board of Trustees.

I am married to Nicole Phelps and am the father of 1 son, Lemon X. Phelps; who was a 2021 graduate of the Holly Springs School District.  

I attended  Alcorn State University, where I obtained a degree in Agriculture.  I continued my graduate studies and attended Mississippi State University to obtain a Masters degree in Agriculture Information Science. 

I have over 27 years of experience working with the Mississippi State University Extension Service.

It is my goal to make a worthy contribution to the students, parents, and community of the Holly Springs School District.  I want all stakeholders to know that I  use my voice to spread the word to all who I  encounter of the greatness that can be found in the Holly Springs School District.
